Refund & Replacement Policies (eff. 11/1/07) If items received are damaged in shipment, they may be returned within 10 days of receipt for replacement. Please make sure the program suits your needs as it contains intellectual property and once opened, is not returnable for refund. Unopened packages may be returned within 10 days of receipt at your expense however there is a 20% restocking fee. ALL returned packages must have a US verifiable tracking number & label with UPS FedEx or DHL. WE are not responsible for lost packages.
